The object of the research is
to examine if there are benefits for `online learning' versus `distance learning' for management development within organisations.
to ascertain if online management development programmes designed to incorporate Knowledge Networking actually deliver a greater transfer of information than other online programmes, or traditional distance learning.

 

If you would like to participate in this research you will need to complete a questionnaire which should only take about ten/fifteen minutes- there are only twenty seven questions (which should encourage you busy people to respond!).  Your privacy is guaranteed - no one will contact you, nor will your company name be used.

If you would like a copy of the results you will need to request this in the email return.  The full dissertation will be available in Oxford Brookes University library by January 2001 as it is being undertaken as part of the requirements of a Masters programme in Human Resource Management.
